Purchases made in store
In-store regular price purchases are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that all tags are attached, and items are free from wear or use including but not limited to:
Items of a hygienic nature, such as cosmetics, bath and body products, fascinators/hair accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products sold at a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not provide refunds for items purchased in store, with the exception of products which come with a satisfaction guarantee (Mercy MSM lotion).
The following information is specific to our Mercy MSM cream:
Mercy MSM is eligible for a refund within 2 months from the original purchase date, provided that any remaining product is returned with the original receipt.
Purchases made online
Purchases made online are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipping date. To request a refund/return authorization, please email us at email@example.com with your order details and the reason you are requesting the refund/return.
If the item you received is damaged, please document the damage including photos of the product, packaging, and any additional information and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will work to find a solution. Emails regarding damage must be received within 30 days of your original shipping date.
