Refund and Exchange Policy

As a small and independent business, our return and refund policy may differ from major retailers. Please read through the following and contact us if you have further questions or concerns.

Purchases made in store

In-store regular price purchases are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that all tags are attached, and items are free from wear or use including but not limited to:

  • Pet hair
  • Smoke or body odour
  • Stains
  • Consumption of product
  • Damage

 Items of a hygienic nature, such as cosmetics, bath and body products, fascinators/hair accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 Products sold at a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not provide refunds for items purchased in store, with the exception of products which come with a satisfaction guarantee (Mercy MSM lotion).

Mercy MSM

The following information is specific to our Mercy MSM cream:

Mercy MSM is eligible for a refund within 2 months from the original purchase date, provided that any remaining product is returned with the original receipt.

Purchases made online

Purchases made online are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original shipping date. To request a refund/return authorization, please email us at rosemariestreasures@shaw.ca with your order details and the reason you are requesting the refund/return.

  • Shipping charges incurred to return the product to us are the buyer’s responsibility. It is recommended that you ship with a trackable and/or insurable carrier as refunds will not be processed until the product(s) are received by us.
  • The returned product must be in original, unworn condition. This includes but is not limited to: freedom from pet hair, smoke or body odour, stains, consumption of product, or damage, and with any/all tags, labels or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not received in its original condition.
  • If the product is received in good condition within the allowed 30 day period, a refund will be issued in the original tender, in the amount paid less any shipping or handling charges, which are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned product but may take up to 7 days for you to see it reflected on your payment account.
  • Items that are sold at a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Product

If the item you received is damaged, please document the damage including photos of the product, packaging, and any additional information and send us an email to rosemariestreasures@shaw.ca with your order details and we will work to find a solution. Emails regarding damage must be received within 30 days of your original shipping date.
